Concrete Cleaning

Our Driveway Cleaning Process

At Concrete Shield Pros, we follow a professional step-by-step process:

1. Inspect — Evaluate the concrete and identify stains, buildup, and problem areas.
2. Pre-Treat — Apply the appropriate cleaning solutions to loosen dirt, algae, grime, and stains.
3. Deep Clean — Professionally surface-clean the driveway for an even, consistent finish.
4. Detail & Rinse — Treat stubborn areas, edges, and joints, then thoroughly rinse the surface.
5. Final Inspection — Check the entire driveway to ensure the cleaning meets our standards.

Clean. Restore. Protect.

Concrete Restoration

Concrete Crack & Imperfection Repair

Before sealing or restoring a driveway, we carefully inspect the concrete for cracks, surface imperfections, spalling, small voids, and areas of deterioration.

1. Inspect & Identify
We evaluate the size, depth, location, and condition of each crack or imperfection to determine the appropriate repair method. We also look for signs that a crack may be caused by underlying movement or structural issues.

2. Prepare the Area
Loose concrete, dirt, vegetation, and debris are removed from the repair area. Cracks may be opened or cleaned as necessary to create a sound surface for the repair material.

3. Select the Proper Repair Material
We use a repair product appropriate for the specific application, such as a flexible concrete crack filler for moving cracks or a cementitious/polymer-modified repair material for compatible surface imperfections.

4. Fill & Repair
The repair material is carefully applied into the prepared crack or damaged area, filling the void and minimizing its appearance. Excess material is tooled or removed to create a clean, finished repair.

5. Cure & Inspect
Repairs are allowed to cure according to the manufacturer's requirements. We then inspect the repaired areas to ensure they are properly bonded and ready for the next stage of restoration.

Sealing And Protecting

Concrete Restoration & Protective Sealing

At Concrete Shield Pros, we use the Like Nu Concrete Restoration System to rejuvenate weathered concrete and provide a protective finish designed to improve its appearance and help extend its service life.

1. Restore the Surface
The Like Nu restoration product is applied according to the manufacturer's specifications to improve the appearance of worn, faded, or weathered concrete and create a more uniform finish.

2. Apply Protective Sealant
After the restoration process has properly cured, we apply the appropriate concrete sealant to help protect the surface from water penetration, staining, weathering, and everyday wear.

3. Final Inspection
We inspect the finished surface to ensure consistent coverage and a professional appearance, while confirming that the product has been applied according to its specified application requirements.
